The Mash- up Project
GOAL
The primary objective of this project was to embark on a personal challenge, pushing the conventional boundaries of visual sampling within the realms of composition and graphic design.

APPROACH & DESIGN PROCESS
The journey began with a meticulous gathering of a comprehensive visual index, encompassing all elements from two distinct albums. Through a process of extraction, each component underwent a methodical deconstruction facilitated by analysis, separation, and notation. The scrutiny extended across color palettes, typographic styles, textural elements, graphics, and visual imagery.
In a harmonious synthesis of research findings, a new visual identity emerged. This reimagining involved the creation of a novel album name, artist name, symbolic elements, and a fresh logo seamlessly blending the essence of both original albums. The culmination of this design journey is a striking composition that artfully depicts the essence of the two albums, weaving together a visual narrative that transcends the boundaries of the individual components.
